April THRIVE Workshops now open for registration

The Canadian Mental Health Association Nova Scotia Division is proud to announce our March THRIVE workshops. THRIVE is an innovative, safe, and welcoming learning space that provides free courses designed to support mental health, boost resilience and promote connection.

April 2024 Course Schedule
** Please Note: All courses are currently being offered exclusively online. **

SUPPORT THRIVE: As a not-for-profit charitable organization, we rely on the generosity of those who give what they can to keep our programs running and remain accessible. Donations to THRIVE allow CMHA NS to offer these workshops completely free of charge.

By supporting this program you are helping more Nova Scotians support and understand their own mental health. This helps more Nova Scotians stay out of crisis and out of emergency rooms.

If you would like to make a donation, you can do so here.
