Thank you to everyone who came out in support of Nova Scotia’s first annual Moo Let’s Talk Day event.

Initiated in 2018 in Prince Edward Island, Moo Let’s Talk Day is an annual fundraising event and general awareness campaign hosted by COWS Inc designed to encourage people to talk about their mental health and seek help if they need it.

Each year on Moo Let’s Talk Day, Cows donates 100 per cent of the proceeds from ice cream sales to the Canadian Mental Health Association.

This year, the event expanded to include Nova Scotia.

Moo Let’s Talk Day was held on Friday, March 22 at Cows Cable Wharf and raised $2,458 in support of CMHA NS Division programs. These programs are free to access and available to anyone living in Nova Scotia.
