Thank you to the Outsider Insight Project

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Gavin Quinn and Mike Francis of The Outsider Insight Project for raising critical funds in support of our Communities Addressing Suicide Together [CAST] program.

Through our CAST Program, CMHA NS works with communities across Nova Scotia to build and strengthen their capacity to address suicide through education, training, awareness and resource sharing.

The CAST program also has an extensive resource hub where you can find information on suicide loss, suicide attempts, prevention, intervention, post-vention, safe messaging, risk factors, warning signs and more.

Quinn and Francis raised $560 through a t-shirt fundraiser held between June and September, setting aside $5 from every $30 t-shirt sold for our organization.

The Outsider Insight Project is a Truro-based non-profit organization that uses their clothing brand to start conversations about mental health, fight stigma and expose artistic talent in Nova Scotia.

As a non-profit, non-government organization, CMHA NS Division relies on contributions from supporters across the province to help us perform our critical work advocating, educating and spreading awareness.

We are so grateful for the generousity of our donors, partners and fundraisers like Outsider Insight.

By choosing to support CMHA NS these amazing folks are ensuring that more Nova Scotians are getting the support they need and deserve to be well and stay well.
