Our Hubs are designed to house resources for specific area of need. Currently we run three hubs:


Wellness Hub

The Wellness Hub is designed to provide supports to aid in your mental health as well as provide you with supports to help others. This Hub covers areas such as Covid-19 supports, family activities, work/life balance, staying healthy, staying informed, community, and volunteering.


CAST Hub

The CAST Hub aka the Communities Addressing Suicide Together Hub works to help building suicide-safer communities. The Hub provides supports and resources to improve communities mental health. We’ve complied a comprehensive list of programs and resources available to you locally, nationally and internationally. Help is here.


Maternal Hub

The Maternal Hub provides supports and resources to improve mothers’ Mental Health. You can get the help you need right here, from the comfort of your own home. We’ve compiled a comprehensive list of programs and resources available to you locally, across Canada and internationally. Whether you are thinking about becoming pregnant, are pregnant or a new mom, we’re here for you.
