Pictou County Mental Wellness and Resilience Toolkit

Our mental health is deeply connected to the struggles and stresses we regularly face. The Canadian Mental Health Association Nova Scotia Division [CMHA NS] believes that good mental health, whether you live with a mental illness or not, is within everyone’s reach.

The Pictou County Mental Wellness and Resilience was created by CMHA NS Division and Pictou County Mental Wellness Roundtable Toolkit Working Group to provide tools, guided reflections, and information that can be used to support ourselves and others.

The toolkit also includes an accompanying Resource Guide with resources available to those residing in Pictou County.
