Project description

Project HALO is interested in learning how housing subsidies affect people’s well-being by looking at experiences like: housing choice, housing discrimination, housing satisfaction and neighbourhood satisfaction. Project HALO will be following hundreds of households who are new to receiving housing assistance. The participating households will be asked to complete three surveys over the time span of one year.
