Please Note: These sessions can be attended on their own or you can attend all three. But please note you have to register for each session individually to get the zoom link.

Along with the rewarding experience of being a parent, come unique and far reaching challenges. This workshop series is designed to create a space for parents to reach out and receive education, tools and tips to help strengthen family relationships and support parents in their role.

Parenting can be an amazing experience but also one of worry and challenges. In this session we will discuss typical toddler challenges and where to go if you have concerns or questions. We will also talk about tips and techniques we as parents can do to support our own mental health and where we can go to for support.
