Backed up by science, practicing gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with increased happiness and wellness. However, with all of the stressors in daily life, we often forget or dismiss this simple yet profound practice.

Join facilitators Lindsay and Skylar to learn about gratitude and how it can play an important role in supporting our mental health. In this workshop we will examine some research about gratitude and consider ways we can slow ourselves down and bring our attention to the good things in our lives. We will discuss our experiences with gratitude practices and share some activities to help participants bring this helpful practice into their own lives.
