Not only will your gift look great, but 100% of the gift wrap proceeds on December 22,23 and 24 will benefit the Canadian Mental Health Association Nova Scotia Division.

Where does your money go?
As a not-for-profit, charitable organization, we rely on the generosity of Nova Scotians who care deeply about their community and give what they can to support it.
Donations help fund programs that provide the tools and support Nova Scotians need to be well and stay well.
This includes support finding and maintaining safe, affordable housing, assistance finding sustainable, well-paying jobs and access to mental health literacy tools and education.
Last year, with the help of generous donors and supporters, CMHA NS Division;
- Helped 120 Nova Scotians access housing support services through Project H.O.P.E.
- Supported 129 Nova Scotians in finding and securing employment at companies that were psychologically safe workplaces and paid a living wage through our At Work program.
- Provided free or low-cost suicide prevention training to 254 Nova Scotians across the province.
- Provided free mental health education to 1,565 through our THRIVE Program
