On October 16, tee off for mental health at the Zed Charity Golf Classic

Join us for a day of golf with friends at beautiful Fox Harb’r Resort in support of the Canadian Mental Health Association Nova Scotia Division.

Back for the second year in a row, the Zed Charity Golf Classic presented by Steele Auto Group and organized by Triangle Strategies will be the ultimate way to put an exclamation point on the golf season.

Proceeds from the tournament will go towards the Canadian Mental Health Association Nova Scotia Division in support of THRIVE.

THRIVE is a virtual learning centre operated by the Canadian Mental Health Association Nova Scotia Division, where anyone can access free workshops to learn, gain new skills, and connect with others in their community.

Workshops are developed by subject matter experts in collaboration with individuals with lived experience.  Topics covered in our workshops range from understanding anxiety to self-care. Learn more HERE.

Don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity to make a difference while enjoying one of Nova Scotia’s most scenic golf courses.

The Canadian Mental Health Association Nova Scotia Division delivers safe, inclusive evidence-based programs, training and navigation support that Nova Scotians need to be well and stay well. These programs are free to access and available to everyone living in Nova Scotia.
