Enjoy Your Bump, Enjoy Your Baby, Enjoy Your Infant Online Courses
In just five enjoyable sessions, these on-line courses can help mums and dads make positive changes in their lives and start to enjoy new parenthood. With the help of these courses, participants will learn how to improve their feelings when they feel low, worried or hopeless and will learn skills that help them tackle problems in their lives.
Community Action Program for Children and Canada Prenatal Nutrition Program (PHAC)
The Canada Prenatal Nutrition Program (CPNP) funds community groups to develop or enhance programs for vulnerable pregnant women. Through a community development approach, the CPNP aims to reduce the incidence of unhealthy birth weights, improve the health of both infant and mother and encourage breastfeeding.
