Ways to support CMHA NS
Now more than ever, our programs play a critical role in meeting the mental health needs of Nova Scotians.
Canadian Mental Health Association Nova Scotia NS Division delivers safe, inclusive evidence-based programs, training and navigation support that Nova Scotians need to be well and stay well.
You do not need diagnosis or a referral to qualify for our programs.
Our programs support Nova Scotians in finding and maintaining safe, affordable housing, assistance finding sustainable, well-paying jobs and access to mental health literacy tools and education.
As a non-profit, non-government agency we rely on donations and grant funding to deliver these programs for free.
When you make a financial contribution to the Canadian Mental Health Association Nova Scotia Division you help ensure that no individual or family is alone on their mental health journey. You help provide a network of support and resources, both online and in communities across the province.
There are many ways you can support our work.
