This Giving Tuesday, donate to Canadian Mental Health Association Nova Scotia Division and support Nova Scotians struggling with their mental health.   

At CMHA Nova Scotia, we provide essential support, resources, and hope to individuals facing mental health challenges.  

The Canadian Mental Health Association Nova Scotia Division is a community-focused organization that offers programs to support the key things people need for good mental health. This includes access to safe jobs, affordable housing, and information to better understand mental health.  

Your generosity will help break the stigma, reduce isolation, and bring hope to the 1 in 5 Nova Scotians impacted by mental illness.

On December 3, shop in-store or online at Inkwell Modern Handmade Boutique & Letterpress Studio, and a percentage of their sales will be donated to CMHA Nova Scotia Division!
