The Canadian Mental Health Association Nova Scotia Division is excited to unveil our November THRIVE workshops! Whether you’re looking to enhance your build better boundaries, boost your confidence, or need suppport on your grief journey, our workshops offer a welcoming space for everyone.
THRIVE is a virtual learning centre that offers free workshops where Nova Scotians can learn skills and tools to promote and support their mental health.
THRIVE is low barrier:
- No clinical referral is required
- No diagnosis is required
- All THRIVE workshops are available virtually

Connecting to Nearby Nature: Virtual Forest Bathing | November 5, 2024 | 12 p.m. – 1 p.m.
