Moo Let’s Talk Day: Scoop, Chat, and Support Mental Health!

Mark your calendars! On Friday, March 7, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., join us at COWS in Halifax for Moo Let’s Talk Day—a day filled with ice cream, conversation, and community support.

How can you be part of the fun?
It’s simple! Swing by either the COWS Cable Wharf or Spring Garden locations in Halifax to grab a scoop of your favorite ice cream flavor. While you enjoy your treat, CMHA NS Division staff will be on-site to share information about the essential mental health programs, resources, and services we offer.

The best part? Every single dollar from ice cream sales on Moo Let’s Talk Day will be donated directly to CMHA Nova Scotia Division, helping us provide vital mental health support to the community.

Why it matters
At CMHA Nova Scotia Division (CMHA-NS), we are committed to supporting mental health and ensuring everyone has access to the care they deserve. From providing housing and employment support to offering mental health education and peer support groups, we are creating spaces where individuals can heal, grow, and thrive.

Your support last year made a real impact:

Every dollar you contribute plays a crucial role in someone’s journey to wellness. Your generosity helps teens battling anxiety, parents struggling with depression, and entire communities rebuild their resilience.

How you can get involved:

Your participation helps bring mental health care to those who need it most. So, let’s scoop up some support and make a real difference together!

See you there! Let’s talk until the cows come home!
