Mental Health Week 2025 Toolkit

Many people living with mental health challenges feel the pressure to hide behind a “mask” to avoid judgment, but in doing so, they often become more isolated.

We all have a role in creating a society where everyone can be their authentic selves—where understanding, acceptance, and safe spaces are the norm. By starting conversations and showing support, we can help each other remove those masks and foster true connection.
