Give hope for the holidays

This season make a meaningful impact by donating to CMHA Nova Scotia Division.

Hope — it’s hard to feel well or get well without hope.

Hope represents a path forward – a light at the end of the tunnel.

But for Nova Scotians who are struggling with their mental health, it can be hard to hold on to the hope that there is a path forward to a place without pain.

A recent report on the State of Mental Health in Canada reveals a stark reality: our communities are struggling, with mental health challenges now affecting three times more people than before COVID-19.

The Canadian Mental Health Association Nova Scotia Division works with Nova Scotians who are struggling with their mental health to co-create a path back to wellness – to a place where hope feels possible.

Our programs empower Nova Scotians with the tools and support they need to thrive—offering help to find and keep safe, affordable housing, guidance toward sustainable, fulfilling careers, and access to mental health education that fosters resilience and well-being.

Now more than ever, these programs play a critical role supporting Nova Scotians’ mental health. Your donation helps us ensure more Nova Scotians receive the vital support they need to thrive.

Together, we can build stronger, more resilient communities. Thank you for your kindness and support this holiday season.
