Resilient Minds training [Kingston, NS]
Canadian Mental Health Association Nova Scotia Division [CMHA NS] and the Hantsport Fire Department are proud to offer Resilient Minds, a comprehensive, four-module prevention workshop designed specifically for first responders to support them in areas of psychological trauma and workplace stress. This session is open to any firefighter who resides in rural Nova Scotia free of charge thanks to grant funding from the Mental Health Foundation of Nova Scotia.
The workshop runs Saturday, February 25 and Sunday, February 26 IN PERSON between 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. at the Kingston Fire Department, located at 570 Sparky St, Kingston, Nova Scotia.
