Connections are an important piece of our overall wellness but many of us feel more disconnected than ever. The Womens Empowerment Squad is a safe, non-judgemental space for those who identify as female to connect, offer support to one another and gain confidence.
This weekly, IN PERSON peer support group provides a friendly place to connect with others, feel heard and hear from others who understand.
Topics of discussion are flexible and based on the needs of the group but may include:
- Self-esteem
- Friendship
- Family dynamics
- Caregiving
- Parenting
- Body Image
- Emotions
