We need your feedback on a new program about insomnia and how to sleep well without sleeping pills. These sessions are being held at the Alderney Gate Library in Dartmouth and the Halifax Central Library.
As part of a small group, you will be asked to review and give feedback on Sleepwell’s online or print information. The topics include: insomnia, sleeping pills, and sleep therapy (CBTi).
There are 4 sessions to choose from:
