THRIVE Fall sessions kick off September 27

Mental health. It wasn’t a class at school. So where can Nova Scotians go to learn about mental health and well-being? The answer is THRIVE Learning Centre for Mental Wellness and Well-Being.

THRIVE is an innovative, safe, and welcoming learning space that provides free courses designed to support mental health, boost resilience and promote connection. THRIVE courses are developed by subject experts and mental health professionals, working together with people who have their own experience in personal recovery.

Everyone is welcome to attend. No previous experience is required and with a variety of courses to choose from, there is one for everyone.  (Courses are updated quarterly.)
