Support mental health on Giving Tuesday this November

Mark your calendar. Giving Tuesday is November 29.

One in three Canadians will struggle with their mental health or a mental health challenge in their lifetime. But good mental health is within everyone’s reach with the right support.

The Canadian Mental Health Association Nova Scotia Division [CMHA NS] delivers safe, inclusive evidence-based programs, training and navigation support that Nova Scotians need to be well and stay well. These programs are free to access and available to everyone living in Nova Scotia.

More than 2,000 Nova Scotians have accessed our mental health education programs and events, employment and housing support services, peer support groups, psychological health and safety training sessions and suicide prevention workshops within the last two years.

Now more than ever, our programs play a critical role in meeting the mental health needs of Nova Scotians.

Giving Tuesday is a great way to make an impact. Make a donation to CMHA NS on November 29 and help more Nova Scotians get the help they need.

There are lots of ways to donate.
