Tapping, also known as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), is a powerful stress relief technique based on the combined principles of acupressure and modern psychology.
Tapping can be used as part of a treatment regimen for a variety of psychological conditions, including: depression, anxiety and stress relief. Some also find it effective as part of their pain management practices.
This 3-part series will explore the practice of tapping and its benefits.
