WORKSHOP SERIES: Parenting and Mental Health | SESSION 3 | Parenting a child with Complex Needs

Please Note: These sessions can be attended on their own or you can attend all three. But please note you have to register for each session individually to get the zoom link.

Along with the rewarding experience of being a parent, come unique and far reaching challenges. This workshop series is designed to create a space for parents to reach out and receive education, tools and tips to help strengthen family relationships and support parents in their role.

If you’re a parent or caregiver looking for some new tools to help support your mental health and your child’s join Sarah and Glenn for Parenting and Mental Health.

About this session: Every child is unique and so are their needs and challenges. As parents we may be faced with difficult situations where we ourselves may need support.

Coming together with other parents with similar experiences we will discuss mental health risk factors, warning signs as well as resources and coping strategies.
