WORKSHOP SERIES: Parenting and Mental Health| SESSION 1 | NEW PARENTS

Along with the rewarding experience of being a parent, come unique and far reaching challenges. This workshop series is designed to create a space for parents to reach out and receive education, tools and tips to help strengthen family relationships and support parents in their role. If you’re a parent or caregiver looking for some new tools to help support your mental health and your child’s join Sarah and Glenn for Parenting and Mental Health. Please Note: These sessions can be attended on their own or you can attend all three. But please note you have to register for each session individually to get the zoom link. About this session: Being a new parent can bring forth many new experiences, changes and shifts. As new parents we often prepare our homes physically for these changes, but we can also prepare ourselves mentally. Throughout this session we will talk about ways we can prepare by supporting our mental health, resources that we can access as well as risk factors we can watch for. DETAILS:
