Did you know it is entirely possible to live with a mental illness and be in good mental health, just as it is possible to not have a mental illness and be in poor mental health.
It can be helpful to view mental health as a continuum, with mental wellness on one end and mental unwellness on the other. A person can fall anywhere on this continuum depending on different circumstances, and at various times in their lives.
In this workshop we examine the mental health continuum and share the tools to help you create and understand your own mental health continuum.
