Building better boundaries involves learning how to set boundaries, talking to others about your boundaries, and showing others you respect their boundaries. They can challenging to establish and even harder to maintain. This course will help you build better boundaries and offer some tips on how to set them and maintain them. It will also cover conflict resolution and techniques to help navigate conflict.
