Movement helps us achieve emotional, cognitive, physical, and social integration. But making movement part of your daily life does not have to mean going to the gym for one hour every day.
In this 2-part session we will explore some creative ways to move and see how they can have a lasting positive impact on our lives and overall wellness. This workshop will be hosted online – access to the internet or phone is needed.
