The world we live in seems to be becoming an increasingly negative place. We can get caught focusing on the negative aspects of life which can cause us to become stuck and unable to move forward. By switching our focus, from negative to positive we can start to “re-train” our brain to respond to positivity and to think in a more positive manner. This switch can have huge impacts on our mental health and our lives and help us to become unstuck.
