Community Suicide Awareness

This 3 hour session provides an overview and awareness of suicide.

Throughout the session we will explore who may be at risk, suicide safe language, possible warning signs to look for and how to support someone who may be thinking of suicide to find appropriate resources. This session is not a clinical training to support individuals in suicide intervention, but rather an opportunity to raise awareness to the concerns of suicide and how to develop capacity to become a suicide safe environment.
