From February 11th to February 28th, the Canadian Mental Health Association Nova Scotia Division (CMHA NS) is encouraging Nova Scotians to take part in the Push-Up Challenge. The Push-Up Challenge is a unique mental health and fitness event that encourages participants to complete 2,000 push-ups in 18 days while raising critical funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association.
