Hope — it’s hard to feel well or get well without hope.

Hope represents a path forward.

But for those who are struggling with their mental health, it can be hard to have hope that there is a path forward to a place without pain.

The Canadian Mental Health Association Nova Scotia Division works with Nova Scotians who are struggling with their mental health to co-create a path back to wellness – to a place where hope feels possible.

Our programs provide the tools and support Nova Scotians need to be well and stay well.

This includes support finding and maintaining safe, affordable housing, assistance finding sustainable, well-paying jobs and access to mental health literacy tools and education.

Donations allow CMHA NS to deliver these programs for free.

You do not need diagnosis or a referral to qualify for most of our programs.

There are no fees and no long waiting lists.

Now more than ever, our programs play a critical role supporting Nova Scotians’ mental health.

When you donate to CMHA Nova Scotia Division you help more Nova Scotians get the support they need.

There are lots of ways to give.

You can support CMHA Nova Scotia Division by offering to volunteer your time, or by donating to us.
